Roughly a decade ago, Capcom released the little known CPS Changer in an attempt to compete
with the Neo Geo home arcade system. Only available through mail order, the CPS was unique in that it that it
contained no game logic and connected to arcade PCBs. And with only 11 games, the CPS quickly fell off the map. Check
