Call it deja vu, or call it the Team Ninja curse, but Tecmo is announcing yet another delay for
the long awaited, online 3D fighter Dead or Alive Ultimate. The Japanese version has now been pushed back to October
28, and while there has been no official word regarding the US release, a number of retailers are showing October 19.
This latest Team Ninja saga, is starting to look a lot like the Ninja Gaiden one a year ago. However, when Gaiden
finally dropped their were no other competitors in sight, but if Tecmo doesn't play their cards right, Ultimate is
running the risk of getting drowned in the Halo 2 tsunami. At any rate, this means MK Deception takes the advantage,
debuting alone, as the first online 3D fighter.
