Did Spong grab the first shots of the mysterious Nintendo DS thumb pad controller? Only
time will tell. Apparently, the image was snagged after a presentation of Super Mario 64 DS in Seattle last
week. And even if this screen doesn't quite convey it, this is no simple wrist strap. The little
nodule is tightened around the thumb and used for analogue control on the lower screen. Make sense? You'll
figure it out when you dig one of these out of the box come November.
