Nintendo has revealed that Mario Kart DS will indeed be a launch title for the new portable
device, but only in Japan and Europe—the US release has been delayed until next year. Nintendo had been keeping the lid
pretty tight on this project, leading us to believe that Mario Kart had been left by the wayside. This will certainly
be a welcomed surprise for a lot of fans, as the Mario Kart series has a strong following.
