Microsoft just needs to smirk at competition. It's in their blood. It's part of their endless mind game. The smirk is less effective when the competition is Sony, however. We think the Japanese company can stand up for itself. This time the MS execs are looking down on the PSP as another vain attempt at portable/console linking. The Playstation 3 will offer wireless connection to the PSP, offering up a bevy of options for game developers. We think anything that lets some of the most creative people in the world craft a new gaming experience is a good thing. Of course, Microsoft sees the move as an opening for their Xbox. "If Sony is distracted by way of a war with Nintendo, that's fine with us," Robbie Bach, Chief Officer of Xbox, said.
