Okay, so maybe yesterday's post was tasteless. We apologize to all who were offended. But as it turns out, that 'livejournal'
entry was part of a growing wave of disgruntled EA employees (and their families) that are now seeking a class action
lawsuit against the publisher in California. The lawsuit stems from a claim that EA has illegally exempted a number of
its workers from overtime, however it's still in its earliest phases and has yet to certified as a class suit. We'll
keep you posted with future updates.
