Gamers have been busting bubbles, or gems—whatever—for a long time. So maybe it's not
hard to believe that Taito is till pushing these same old games on us, even with systems that can do so much more. If
you're not familiar with Bust-A-Move's mechanics than you've likely been living under a rock for the past twenty years.
This latest version drops Bubble and Bobble in favor of "obnoxiously colorful" characters, equally distasteful music
(no custom tracks?!), and uninspired backgrounds. There are however, several modes of play, including an online
bare-bones versus match; and the entire package is being sold for a mere $20. Still, if you've got a working version of
Bust-A-Move for the Super NES, why bother?
Ultra Bust-A-Move, not again?!
