What?! You heard it! But be warned, what we are about to tell you contains a spoiler (i.e. the Legendary ending).
Okay, you've been warned, here goes…
After beating Halo 2 on Legendary, the ending is identical to any other level of difficulty save for one tiny phrase
at the very end of the credits: "Coming February 9th". Huh? A number of fans speculate that this could be a release
date. But for what? Halo 3?! Doubtful, unless it's a 2006 date. More likely, we'll see some downloadable content, or
perhaps an announcement about Bungie's next project. Further fuel to the fire, is the mysteriously titled soundtrack, "
Vol. 1", which already contains the entire score. The title alone implies at least a second volume. Could this mean
there is indeed a sequel bound for February? Let the hype live on…
