If for some reason you haven't turned on your Xbox to play Halo 2 since Tuesday, you'll be pleasantly surprised to
find a required, automatic update on Live—don't worry, the entire download/installation happens in under one minute;
you'll be playing the new Halo in no time.
The update resolves some of the delays players have been experiencing in matchmaker. Also, the 480p resolution display
issues have been corrected. On top of this, the previously super-hidden (because of a glitch) multiplayer map,
Foundation, is now selectable—it's a good one, and an ode to Marathon. A second update should be on its way shortly, as
Bungie has promised to change matchmaker's playlist system. Enjoy.

I hope they eventually add co-op mode over xbox live. Matchmaking did seem a little faster last night.

Updates are great! They can add new maps later on if they want. Besides, hardly no one gets their game right 100%. They did a damn good job though.
