We recently posted about an exciting Half-Life 2 hack. The hack was the first step toward creating a Half-Life 2 multiplayer feature. It was rough; it was hard to get online, the game would crash when you died. But it was intriguing. And possibly, all for naught. It looks like we may be hit with Half-Life 2 multiplayer from Valve itself. A surpise has been promised and a screenshot posted. Check it out and ponder deeply. We think the surprise is actually going to be an entire clean, bright bathroom in the midst of HL2's gloomy environment - ripe for the picking. Of course, we love throwing toilets around here.
