Half-Life 2 tackled in under 3 hours!
The 'Quick Done' series began years ago when
a little known gamer posted his record-breaking video of Quake—finishing the game in just 12 minutes & 23
seconds. The series continued with equally impressive run-throughs of both the original Half-Life and Doom
2. Now, Mr. David 'marshmallow' Gibbons continues this fine tradition with a remarkable 2 hour, 57 minute, &
35 second Half-Life 2 run. It's a
massive 663.82 MB file, so make room…

I haven't downloaded this yet, but having played and completed HalfLife2 I'm gobsmacked how anyone can complete it in under 3 hours!
However, as for Halflife1, I just find it impossible to believe that you can complete it under an hour! I mean the train ride is 10 mins long, then there's the loading, etc, etc.
But, I'll reserve judgement until I watch them, gonna be an interesting night though...!!!

Very funny, I'm actually quite suprised the time is this low. However, HL2 isn't exactly the type of game you play in this style so... I suppose the real title should be "How to play the game so fast you miss 75% of the content"

This is great. Not only do we get to watch someone else play the game, but they inject much comedy into it in the process. Whenever someone talks to the player's character, Gordon Freeman, this guy nods yes or no. That really highlighted a feeling I had while playing too that it's a shame you cant "say" things back to the NPC's.
He also does other things to point out the ways that the game assumes he's further back than his run & gun style allow him to be. The shortcuts he takes are fun and funny at times.
Job well done.

The resolution could be a little bit more :)

It's already a 663.82 MB file...just how big do you want it to be?
