In just under a year's time, EA has churned out a sequel to last season's semi-successful (Blitz-wannabe), NFL Street. I use "semi-successful" because football doesn't lend itself to the "street" the way basketball does—and as many of you know, NBA Street is a much more satisfying experience. Still, many gamers welcomed this daring venture with open arms…
With NFL Street 2 it's simply more of the same, only now it's no longer groundbreaking (if you could even call the original that…). Overall, this sequel fails because it doesn't offer anything unique. If I want wall running, I'll just pop in Ninja Gaiden.
