Buy from sellers who have been around for one year and who have an impeccable feedback rating, preferably 100%. Also, check the terms carefully to make sure they don't have any hidden fees. Lastly, see if the PSP is covered by Pay Pal's insurance policy by checking for the Pay Pal insurance banner.
