It has come to light that one of the
"characters" featured in Topheavy's frathouse-staple, The Guy Game, is actually 17 (at least at the time of
filming). The young woman has since filed suit against Take-Two (the game's publisher). The lawsuit states,
"[the] plaintiff is still a teenager and wishes to attend college, develop her career and be active in her community
and church." However, her appearance in the Guy Game has brought embarrassment, humiliation, & shame upon
her; and it's also illegal, prompting a judge to temporarily prohibit the game's distribution and sale.
Not since NBA Jam's Barkley scandal (SNES) have we seen a game (without bugs) be rushed back to the developer for a quick cut-n'-paste. Expect this one to become an instant collector's item. eBay, baby!
