The Guy Game: underage nudity = lawsuit
It has come to light that one of the
"characters" featured in Topheavy's frathouse-staple, The Guy Game, is actually 17 (at least at the time of
filming). The young woman has since filed suit against Take-Two (the game's publisher). The lawsuit states,
"[the] plaintiff is still a teenager and wishes to attend college, develop her career and be active in her community
and church." However, her appearance in the Guy Game has brought embarrassment, humiliation, & shame upon
her; and it's also illegal, prompting a judge to temporarily prohibit the game's distribution and sale.
Not since NBA Jam's Barkley scandal (SNES) have we seen a game (without bugs) be rushed back to the developer for a quick cut-n'-paste. Expect this one to become an instant collector's item. eBay, baby!

You can't sell this on eBay now. As it is now to be considered Kiddie Pr0n, it is a federal offense to sell. But now what do we do with the 50 copies we bought for the children's charity?

The fact that they're suing MS and Sony shows the real intent behind the suit. It's one thing to sue the makers of the game who "tricked" you into lying about your age, but she's suing the console makers too just because of their deep pockets. Ugh.

What was the NBA Jam’s Barkley scandal?

If she wins this case, it would prove even more, the degradation of our judicial system. I don't care if someone told her to lie about her age. It was still her choice. I really hope she isn't dumb enough to not be able to think for herself.

The 17 year old who sued Snoop Dogg for her Girl's Gone Wild appearance did not get any money perhaps that set a precedent.

"However, her appearance in the Guy Game has brought embarrassment, humiliation, & shame upon her"
umm..........so why did she do it in the first place?

I still have a "banned collector's edition" of Tao Feng, with the "offensive" Muslim chants.

The b1tc4 brought it upon herself. I say let her ruin her life for agreeing to do such a thing.

Not only is it now a federal offense to sell The Guy Game, it is also a federal offense to distribute the game (through the mail or any other means) and be in mere possession of the game.
Darth Chaos @ Dec 18th 2005 9:58PM
bart, if your local Blockbuster has The Guy Game for XBox, they are breaking federal law. You should tell them that the game is illegal because it contains a nude 17 year old girl and that constitutes kiddie porn. I'm sure they would listen because if they get turned in to the law, they will be shut down in a heartbeat.

Well it is a good game. I rented it, and its pretty fun. If anyone else wants to rent it, it is in toronto on parliament and winchester. In what part of the game is the 17 year old?
Plus I saw it on ebay as well I think.

Kristee in Episode 4 is only 17.
