NCsoft has announced that City of Heroes will finally make its European debut on February 4th. In an effort to level the playing field (it's been available in North America since late-April '04), the European edition will feature all of the content updates & a bunch of serial codes to unlock special items, plus an 88-page comic. Subscriptions can be bought in increments of 1-month, 3-months, or 6-months; a special 60-day "Time Card"—designed for players without credit cards—will be available for purchase in retail stores.
