Here are some of the latest screenshots of the now officially-announced Star Wars: Empire at War. The game certainly looks like a mint, but we all know that's only about 1/4 of the battle. All in all, though, our hopes are high for this one.

This looks like it could be one of the best looking games of this type ever. Look to me to like this could be a good game, but one complaint: those explosions look horrible!
