1up has posted their impressions of the PS2 version of NBA Street Vol. 3. The titles gives them a good romp, with all the eye candy you'd expect and some nice new details, like custom courts. The player customization sounds a little stingy, but maybe that's part of the fun. If you live on the east coast you won't be hitting the outdoor courts anytime soon. It sounds like NBA Street Vol. 3 is the way to go, until the sun shines again.
