Sam and Max's heart still beating?

So just how long are Sam and Max fans supposed to tolerate this emotional roller-coaster ride? First, last March, Lucas pulls the rug out from under the sequel to one of the best (and funniest) old-school adventure games ever made. Then the team behind the project starts up their own house and talks about continuing work, if possible. Now Gamespot is reporting that German developer Bad Brain is going to make an announcement on Monday about their first game. All indications are that the classic is about to get another chance.
