Quality from the beginning?

One word: Daikatana. I know this is technically a different Ion Storm, but they're still a direct descendant, with the same name as well, so they bear the responsibility.

They bear the responsibility? Are you a moron?

Allow me to let you in on a little reality, IS-Austin was and always has been a separate entity from Ion Dallas. The only reason they hads the same name was Spector shrewdly used their money to help finance a startup with a massive running start, and other than that, had nothing to do with the Dallas office.

Thief 3 was a pretty great game from all accounts. And Ion Storm Dallas, a wholly different group, so Suntiger, you're smoking crack.

I think your missing this guys point. The fact is MOST people do associate the name ION STORM with Daikatana. Other than that how many people besides yourselfs know the inside corporate structure of this company? It's like telling someone, oh Microsoft Office! woah dude thats a totally different division then Microsoft Windows, their like in another building down the street! No one knows no one cares, it's all Microsoft it's all Bill Gates period. Ion Storm pretty much means the same thing to most gamers, John Ramiro and Daikatana. I hate to think their closing the doors because people shy away from games created by this developer, but their making good games that arent selling, why?
