Take Two dumps ESPN title

It's like a school yard spat. "I'm taking my ball home." Some days it feels like gaming is reverting back to it's childhood.

Take Two has dumped ESPN early, meaning this years entrant in the baseball gaming stakes will be Major League Baseball 2K5. However, ESPN branding will continue in game because of contractual issues, though I would speculate that, this late in the game, it would be too hard to remove all the ESPN branding. At least if they want the game out on store shelves before the All Star Game.

This all gives Curt Schilling, a well known gamer, a headache. Probably.
