The idea of using third-party drivers for one of the fundamental components of our game machines isn't very
appealing on the surface. In recent months, there have been a number of drivers popping up for Nvidia and ATI video
cards; none of which are not sanctioned or recommended by the parent companies. Sure, we've used OEM drivers for years,
but Nvidia and ATI have had some say in their development. Meanwhile, the two leading third party drivers, DNA and
Omega, don't get hammered by the official, exhaustive QA process that other software goes through.
