Take-Two's 2K Games label is on a rampage as
of late, scooping up rights to the MLB and Civilization franchises. Now, 2K Games has added Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and any
future sequels to their list. The deal is for publishing rights to both PC & console versions, so
technically, Bethesda (the developer) will retain ownership over the game. Bethesda also owns the rights to the
Fallout series, and it's more than likely that 2K Games will publish any subsequent sequels. Needless to say, the
recently conceived publisher is making quite a name for itself in the early going.
