Admittedly it's for the Japanese version, but hey, with arguably one of the most anticipated titles
of
the year, I'll take reviews where I can find
them. Some people have commented about the amount of GT4 content over the last month or so, but the fact is, this game
is a far bigger deal than Halo 2 or Half-Life 2 to a lot of people, myself included.
I still can't quite believe Sony have chosen to release the game just in time for my birthday. Though given the
delays, I think they owe me a cake as well…

Geez, the AI is STILL braindead? When are they gonna stop polishing the cars and improve the gameplay?
Becasue the opponent cars drive so badly in GT, my experience typically boils down to finding the lightest RWD car that sneaks in under the entry requirements, and getting far enough ahead of the other cars that they can't merely punt me around the track.
Even Mario Kart 64 was more fun to race against the AI. At least those drivers weren't slot car racers. You've had four tries to make it right now, Polyphony. It's time to hire a new AI programmer.
