Fatal Shadows is exactly the kind of sequel that lands the deathblow to a franchise. Call it, the Angel of Darkness syndrome. Okay, so maybe we're being a little harsh, but Fatal Shadows does absolutely nothing to progress the series, which is embarrassing because the original Tenchu was groundbreaking for the stealth/action genre.
