It's not every day you'll find a link to a
New Scientist column on here, but this concept has huge potential.
Swedish programmers have developed a version of PacMan for Toshiba's Pocket PC. Nothing revolutionary there. However,
with a wireless network, when the ghost goes off the side of your screen, rather than reappearing on the opposite side
of your screen, it appears on the screen of the nearest device to you! Now THAT is an inventive idea.
Whatever the ultimate outcome of this creation, it's certainly unique. The developers hope to promote a new kind of
interactivity in gaming. Good luck to them I say!
