The 2005 Daytona 500 is in the history books,
and who won? I have no idea because I've got it on tape and not had a chance to watch it yet. If it's half as good as
the truck race, then it'll be twice as good as we deserved.
As an old school Papyrus nut, I'm pleased to see NASCAR Racing 2003 getting praise in this review, though to say the
game was practically open source is a bit of a misnomer. It will be tough for NR2003 to be toppled, however, especially
if EA plan on doing what they've done with other sports franchises. A big part of the appeal of NR2003 is the fact you
know that, next year, people will still be using it.
Regardless of that, it sounds like EA have put out a worthy challenger.
