Cue the imperial march. Everyones favourite evil gaming
overlord has been hit by a class action suit. Again.
It all hinges on California's overtime laws, and employees of EA working unpaid overtime. It's a messy legal issue,
with all the usual fun wording, but this is the second time such an action has been brought against EA. In short, those
filing suit want the overtime they feel they're owed by Electronic Arts.
If you work overtime, isn't it fair to expect to be paid for it? What if programmers formed a union? Just a couple of
the questions that spring to mind.
