On the Band Brothers cart itself. Dang I wish I could get the extra songs in the US.

That would be the Band Brothers card, and extra instruments for the aforementioned game.

Is not a card, are some new songs that get stored into your band brother's memory.
Thesse are the two demos and bellow there are the songs for Band Brother. =)
