File this under the "pure and utter speculation" category. See, our friends over at Cubed3.com seem to have noticed a buzz in the air, which they interpret as an indication of the next title in the ever-growing Mario Sports lineup. More specifically, Mario Soccer. So far, Mario's become proficient in kart racing, tennis, golf, basketball, and baseball, so, logically, the next step would be to take on the world's most popular sport. Though I can't help but wonder in which direction Nintendo will take their plucky plumber after they exhaust all but the most obscure of sports franchises. Mario Extreme Beach Volleyball, anyone?
