European PSP delay bodes ill for Tommy and Pamela

tommy

Europe's relationship with the PSP is like watching Tommy Lee and Pamela try to reconcile. You hope it will work out (really, you do), but you just don't get the sense that Sony/Tommy respects the continent/woman. Originally, the PSP was going to be released in Europe and America simultaneously. At around the same time, Tommy Lee was supposed to meet Pamela for a make-up coffee at the Wilshire Starbucks. Then we got word that Sony was delaying the handheld's launch by a month. Of course, Tommy forgot about the date because he's a moron (see picture). Now there are signs that the schedule may drop the PSP's big day to June. Meanwhile Pamela took home the guy who made that killer half and half, no suds, 98 degree, double-entendre espresso.

Sony has promised they'll have enough units to cover the American market, but that may be at the expense of the European fans. I know we predicted this a while back, and I'd like to point out that we were right — for once. Hopefully, this is all just rumor, and our European bros and sisses can join us in a Lumines love fest by May.
