TGN is reporting that the DS's new
Yoshi game has a PictoChat search and
alert function built into it. According to the US manual, the game "can search for
nearby occupied PictoChat chat rooms and notify you if one is nearby—even while you're playing the game! This
feature functions in all modes except Vs." When a session is found an icon will appear on the bottom screen,
simply tap the icon to quit the game (note: you'll lose all progress) and join the PictoChat session. However,
enabling this feature will drain the battery faster, so be wary.
Even if this news doesn't excite you, it sure got the Mod Gods buzzing…
