Why do we think we'll be hearing a lot about this subject in the coming months?
Worthplaying has posted an article that reveals some new details on an Xbox 360 storefront. The storefront will offer
up all available game items in a centralized location. So, if you want that new map for Halo 3, you'll find it in the
same "place" as a new spell for Diablo 3. This, of course, will allow Junior to nickel and dime his hard working
parents to death with decal upgrades to his "Tony Hawk 9: Buy Up a Storm" board.
In a particularly interesting moment, J Allard addresses the concerns people may have with the whole idea in a…direct
manner. "If you don't believe in the self-expression thing, so be it. Let's let it play out in the market."
