Turbine continues to make moves toward owning everything they touch. They've now snatched up development duties on
Middle Earth Online, making them the publisher and developer of the game. They recently bought all rights to Asheron's
Call from Microsoft, so they're certainly on a roll as far as adding value to the company is concerned.
The downside to the announcement is that MEO is now a 2006 title. The delay is attributed to "changes" to the game.
Personally, I don't care how long it takes them to release it. The only thing they should concern themsleves about is
doing Tolkien's world justice. I want my Hobbits rolly-poly jolly and my Orcs double-wide.
