It's looks like Bungie will be adding a handful of new gametypes to go with the new maps. The demo disc in the most recent issue of OXM
contained an update for five Halo 2 gametypes:
- Peacemakers
- Covie Gulch
- Classic CTF Tank
- Swords w/o Radar
- Golden Showers
It's still unclear how these new modes will be introduced to the masses, but we're willing to bet they'll pop up with
the first download of new maps, or perhaps an automatic update. We'll keep you posted.

UPDATE: Our source for the news was vague, and admittedly, we never bothered to scoop up a
copy of OXM and see for ourselves. So, as you may have gathered from the comments, these 5 gametypes are
"exclusives" brought to you by the OXM editors. Of course, you could make these games yourself, so we wouldn't
recommend purchasing the magazine just for these edits. Sorry for the confusion. But heck, we're only
human…
