Gamespot is reporting that Reuters is reporting that Sony snagged the corner of the rug and yanked hard, leaving
press face down in the mud. "HAHAHA," Sony said, "you will not see the Playstation 3 this month, after all."
Apparently, there were plans for the company to show off some element of the next-gen device to press in March. I seem
to remember that story. But I also remember Sony saying they would wait for E3. Well, being that the month of March is
just about kaput, the rumors were flying that the big day would be tomorrow. But Sony squashed the speculation and
reaffirmed E3's importance.
May is going to go down in history as the biggest marketing-orgy in the history of gaming. We should do a buzz word
count for the hell of it.
