Lik Sang performs a public service and lays out what the supply of PSP games looks like for the near future. They
break the status down in a no-nonsense way. Much appreciated.
1. In Stock without Problem
2. Released but Chaotic Supply
3. Delayed Deliveries
Lik Sang goes on to explain how things shook out for the NA launch.
"Here at Lik Sang, it's US games that Euro and Japanese importers care about, and many visitors spotted software
hitting our warehouse early! Already a few days ahead of March 24th we started receiving deliveries on some titles, and
this continued leading up to the launch day. Unfortunately, after then, the chaos began. While some games have been
delayed at the last minute or under-produced, we are constantly lagging behind with sales exceeding our
deliveries."
The number of titles promised for launch and the number of titles delivered for launch were two largely different
numbers. While we knew Sony wouldn't be able to pull off
all two dozen launch games, we still hoped. You won't find me complaining though. I have Lumines and Wipeout Pure to
keep me going.
