Namco announced its plans to bring a new RTS title to the Nintendo DS this October. As the name implies,
Shogun Warrior is set in feudal Japan where players take the role of a warring prince seeking to conquer neighboring
states and ultimately become ruler of the land—at which point players will unlock the secrets of the lost army of rebel
monks. Hmmm…
Besides the lengthy single-player campaign, the big draw will be a 16-player wireless multiplayer mode. In
addition, Shogun Warrior will feature touch screen-based minigames to increase longevity. This sounds
promising…
