As we told you back in February, Nintendo is going the
Apple route with a new storefront initiative. The official announcement was made yesterday. The premiere store will be
located in New York City, in the upscale Rockefeller Mall, er, Center.
The name should send Nintendo fans into a tizzy…

The Nintendo World Store will be a place where visitors can check out the best new and unreleased games for
Nintendo DSTM, Nintendo GameCubeTM and Game Boy® Advance SP at high-end sampling bars and interactive stations.
Visitors will enjoy two floors of all things Nintendo, such as games, merchandise, accessories, DVDs and trading cards
