In a story that should surprise nobody, some punk kid has "recreated" Def Jam: Fight for New York in his
grandmothers home, while granny was at work. She's being charged with neglect, the teen is being charged with abuse for
acting out the moves on a four year old. Yes, a four year old. I have a four year old myself. There wouldn't be
anything left to arrest after I got done with someone who did this to my son.
Where the hell was the mother for two days when she has a two and a four year old? More importantly, what the hell is
a 14 year old doing playing Def Jam when it's rated M for mature, which this cretin quite obviously isn't? Of course,
this will lead to the inevitable criticism of video games again, when it's quite clear the teenager was dropped on his
head as a baby, no doubt repeatedly, thus rendering him so incredibly stupid in the first place.
Of course. it's all in Florida, where a law is being proposed that would make "shoot first, ask questions later" legal
if you consider anyone you see as a threat. But, of course, it'll be the video game that caused this… (It's the second
story in the article. Though the first is equally deranged, but has no relation to video games. Well, unless he'd been
playing GTA.)
