Goldman Sachs has shown their hand, and declared the Xbox 360 a future success. They think it will arrive as early
as October, run for under $300, and sell 3 million units by the end of the year. That's, uh, bullish, to say the least.
In the same piece, Sachs made it clear they don't think the Playstation 3 will see shelves until 2006. Japan first, the
U.S. second. Not a big surprise there, if true.
How much stock should you take in these reports? If it doesn't come from an MS spokesman's mouth, it's time to add
salt to the meal. But Sachs has connections.
