Xbox 360 name and design "confirmed"

Xbox 360 it is. At least, if the latest news is true. Gamesindustry.biz seems to confirm the name of the device,
along with providing further info on what the console may look like.
White
Simple logo
Concave shape (like it's "sucking in its cheeks")
Possible skinning feature on the console
Hard drive module placement is unclear
Bit by bit. Like Chinese water torture…

I doubt it'll be white. It's just such a weak color. Plus it get's dirty really easy.

Yeah, Apple has been using white for the last three years, so it's due time for Microsoft to step in, use the same formula and somehow defy the odds and make 'clean and white' look bad.
How will they do it this time? I'm sure they won't use the more expensive 'dual-pour' method Apple does, which gives the iPod and the iMac their "white below a clear plastic surface" look... Maybe not use a quality polymer, paint green highlights rather than have clear green parts, maybe take a page from the first XBox design team and place a printed piece of paper with the 'XBox' logo on the enormous 'hamburger' controller under a plastic dome... That was really on point, design and brand-wise... yeah. Sarcasm. What could look cheaper?
I'm just pushing your buttons, Microsoft folks. I am looking forward to a departure from the goofy current-gen VCR-sized (Top-loader at that) XBox to the new sleek look of the next three years... I'm still holding out for the name 'XBox Next,' though.

but im still not buying it unless they improve stuff like xbox live (i.e. dropping the price)

Ha! I knew it! I knew Microsoft would never release a product with "2" in it, when their biggest competitor was releasing version 3. (shades of the Microsoft Word 2 --> Word 6 deal)

All I know is this...the movie I saw this morning during the draft of the next gen madden is crazy. I dont give a damn what the color of the xbox 360 is. Bring that ish on!!!!
