Alienware offers a Star Wars lineup
Alienware is known for their fast machines, stunning designs and good support. Now, they'll be know as opportunists, too — which is fine with us. Alienware and Lucas have teamed up to offer a special edition Star Wars Aurora lineup. The duo of machines will represent the Light Side and the Dark Side, of course. If anyone can make a wonderful Star Wars power machine, these are the folks.
The teaser web page doesn't give away too much, but the snippets we see, we like (see above). It would be great if they did something to the chassis besides paint it, though. The Darth Vader mask design is a no-brainer for the faceplate.

I hope the statement about Alienware having good support was a joke. My parents bought a system that was DOA, and it took a couple of months before my parents were able to get it replaced. A couple of months makes a nice new machine not so new and cool. Instead of replacing the unit entirely, they worked on the one they sent and shipped it back. It still had issues. Lots of people have been burned like this. I hear Alienware is just great if you get a system that works, but I feel sorry for anyone who has to go through what my parents had to go through.
