Tough kids need tough punishment. Or so the saying goes. I think. It certainly applies to this case, where a young punk/shoplifter/manager-basher/cap-flicker is getting counselling for his behavior. The judge in the case wants to make sure the guy is making progress, so his PS 2 has been taken into custody. The youth says the console is his replacement for smoking pot, which probably didn't move the judge too much.
