The pre-E3 game industry is an odd thing. There's an electricity to the air that leaves you
bored and excited at the same time. No one is making any big announcements, as they hold off on the meat. Rumors
outnumber press releases 100:1, as opposed to the usual 53:1.
This was the week that will be remembered as the unveiling of the Xbox 360. Sure, they're just snips of the final design, but we get the idea (unless it's all part of a massive misinformation campaign by MS, hmmmm).
Eerie silence from Sony, huh? There haven't been many leaks of fake PS3 images, or even much discussion about it. It makes you wonder what exactly they're going to show at the expo. Are they just being tight-lipped, or is there nothing to flaunt?
Nintendo worried us with a big dose of silence on the rumor about no Revolution at E3. But, as you can see from an earlier post, it looks like we can look forward to seeing something; but what is unclear.
