Total Annihilation was one of the greatest RTS titles ever made. Sure,
Starcraft is a classic, but Cavedog released a gem of a game which, sadly, was largely ignored. A game which still has
a vibrant, active community. A community that continues to add new units and other items to the game.
That same community has now spawned this. An open source version of Total Annihilation. The legality is a little
dubious, so you have to legally own TA to be able to legally use this version; a version that takes TA into the 3D
realm with some jaw dropping graphics (bearing in mind this is an early version.) Two things worth noting: One, the
site is getting hammered so it may be a bit slow. Two, the game is currently multiplayer only.
