Shiny Entertainment built up tremendous kudos with their revolutionary RTS, Sacrifice. Probably
one
of the most underrated games of the last ten
years. (It has Tim Curry in it for crying out loud!) Sadly, they then went and blew it with a diabolical Matrix game,
that was about as much fun as a having a root canal, while someone pours a bucket of spiders down your pants.
Well, you have to give them credit for trying again. Having failed once to generate an enjoyable Matrix game, they're
giving it another go. Only this time, rather than playing sundry B-level characters you don't give a crap about, you'll
get to play as a lead character you don't give a crap about. Neo. Woah!
Check out the screenshots. Oddly, the third one looks like it was taken with a digital camera. Very strange
indeed.
