At least we only have to tolerate this once every few years. The release of a new generation of consoles always
reminds us of a low-impact bitch-slapping contest.
Bill Gates has fired the opening shot across Sony's bow. MS only announced the Xbox 360 last week and they're already
talking trash. Gates will be on the cover of Time Magazine, 360 in fist. His grin will show us he's confident, and piss
off Sony at the same time. Believe it.
Apparently he says something along the lines of "the PS3 will meet its doom on opening day." Why? Because he plans on
releasing Halo 3 at the same time. That would be risky, to say the least. It's the kind of move that could hurt sales
of the game even more than the PS3's sales. Then again, it could help both companies by getting people to the stores.
Wait a minute. Someone check Gates' portfolio. Has he recently bought a bunch of Sony?
