IGN preview Quake 4

Quake 4 picks up after Quake 2. Don't worry if you've never played Quake 2, or more likely, don't remember the story. IGN have a quick recap for you. As if plot actually matters.

For the first time in a Quake game, you actually have a name. Matthew Kane. A good, solid name… Doesn't exactly inspire awe though, does it? I mean as game names go, Tommy Vercetti, you know what you're getting. Matthew Kane, not so much.

Of course, none of that will matter when you're unleashing hot death in the enemies direction.
