Normally, one would think a game entirely about graffiti – unlike Jet Grind Radio or Tony Hawk, where it was just a
mini-game – would likely not get a publisher's attention, but Atari thinks Marc Ecko's Getting Up: Contents Under
Pressure is worth the merit, and with its all-star lineup for voices, its hard to think otherwise. Sean "P Diddy"
Combs, the girls of Sin City, George Hamilton, Giovanni Ribisi, (Mayor) Adam West, Andy Dick, RZA, Charlie Murphy, and
Talib Kweli as the main character, Trane. Either the game's entire budget is focused on voice acting, or this is
just a natural step into mixing Hollywood and gaming closer together.
A stealth graffiti game has me intrigued, and now more than ever do I want to play this game, just to hear what good
voice acting in a game sounds like. Set for release October 11th on the PlayStation 2.
