The recent release of a free Burnout Revenge demo has sent flocks
of gaming enthusiasts to their local Best Buys. Mr. John Kepler Lewis (JKL) was one of many who eagerly raced
home and plopped the disc into his PS2. Despite a title screen bug and the inclusion of just one standard race, JKL
(what alphabetical initials he has…) pretty much busted a nut. The highlight, of course, was one of many
"shortcuts" that EA has added to the courses. This particular shortcut rockets players down into an underground tunnel
far below the towering urban cityscape above—sweet. Yes folks, it looks pretty and it plays fast. Go cop it! It's
free!!!
